Ideal place for sightseeing in Budapest

Had much fun and met well-trained and service-minded staff at the reception desk. the location was the best for Budapest, just off the park, iron/chain bridge, and Danube foreshore

Tastefully decorated and great-sized rooms with Nespresso coffee, bedstands, and an iron, some with great views.

The hotel's location was very central, in the center of town. The breakfast was large, with a lovely view of the ferris wheel; the staff were happy to help, enjoyed it. The staff was exceptionally kind all the time.

Recently renovated room with a nice view of the park. the room designs are beautiful and the food is exceptional. Plus, the location is fantastic - right in front of a metro station! 🚇

I got a room with amazing views overlooking the park and the city around. the bed was super cozy and the staff, from the front desk to the bellboys, were so friendly and helpful! 🌟

This place is centrally located, and the food at the restaurant is fantastic, while the service is top-notch with staff always willing to help.

Service at the bar . despite being the first ones there, we were ignored and told our drink would take 30 minutes.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Budapest for a couple of nights. The staff at the executive club were excellent, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. The executive room we were upgraded to was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and access shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the spa area was excellent. I also want to mention the kindness and generosity of the receptionist, Iryna, who handled a difficult situation with great professionalism. we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Budapest! The hotel is amazing, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was always friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great, just a short 15-minute walk to the city center. We even discovered a fantastic restaurant called Borkonyha Winekitchen nearby, which was a delightful surprise. We can't wait to come back again in the future!

Got two free drinks from the bar. The hotel is located in a convenient area close to shops and restaurants.

Room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and was missing basic amenities like clean towels. Hotel staff was unresponsive to our requests for these items throughout our stay.

It is within walking distance of all the major attractions and the charming Xmas markets. The rooms are beautifully decorated and luxurious, with comfortable beds. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly squeezed juices and fresh fruit. The hotel also has a small pool/jacuzzi area for relaxation.

The pool is on the smaller side, which may be disappointing for those looking for a larger pool area.
