Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The location is unparalleled, with stunning views! The staff displayed fantastic service, especially at breakfast, making our mornings enjoyable.
Service inconsistencies were frustrating. The noise from public transport was noticeable and disruptive at night!

friendly staff but limited gym facilities
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Chris during checkout and a warm hostess during breakfast. The deluxe king room offered a stunning city view that enhanced our experience. Additionally, the park nearby is perfect for families with children.
The gym facilities were smaller than expected for a luxury hotel.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend outing in Budapest with reasonable price. The bed was great for my entire family. Definitely check the breakfast options, as they might not meet expectations.

The Ritz-Carlton in Budapest stands out for its central location. The ability to walk to major attractions made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast impressed me with a broad selection, both from the buffet and made-to-order options. I particularly loved the fresh pastries and perfectly cooked omelets. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. I appreciated the comfortable king-sized bed and the coffee machine provided. However, I encountered some issues with housekeeping. The daily service felt rushed, and my glasses were not cleaned properly during my stay. It detracted from the luxury experience I expected. Additionally, there was a noticeable dust accumulation in the corridors. This definitely needs attention as it affected the overall feel of the hotel. Nevertheless, the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist shone through. A shoutout to the concierge for giving great dining tips.

Beautiful spa facilities but the breakfast options could use improvement.

A fantastic stay in a prime location with great ambiance. The room was beautifully decorated, and the comfortable bed ensured restful nights. Kudos to the attentive staff, especially Judit Sipos, who made our experience even more memorable. However, the spa facilities felt limited, and our initial checkout experience was disappointing due to unclear charges. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was luxurious and enjoyable.

Amazing Staff & Spa
The location is super convenient right by the metro and fashion street. My room had a fantastic view of the park, and the spa area was a total dream, especially since I got it all to myself! Breakfast was pretty good too with great options, though check-in had some tiny hiccups. But honestly, the staff were so nice!

The location was absolutely wonderful, right in the
center of everything we wanted to see. The staff were helpful and friendly, but our room had a persistent sewage smell that was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the gym could use more equipment for a hotel of this caliber.

Upon check-in, the process felt disorganized with a longer wait than expected. My room needed better attention to cleanliness, particularly with layers of dust present on surfaces. Breakfast options at the dining area were somewhat limited, leading to overcrowding and some dissatisfaction with food quality and service timing. Finally, I encountered issues with temperature control in the room, which could make things a bit uncomfortable at times.

missingWrote a review on Jun 23fantastic servicetop-notch facilitiespoor breakfast quality
Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the stunning thermal baths and took a cruise on the Danube. The service was fantastic, and the spa facilities were top-notch. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be better, but that's minor compared to the overall experience. Definitely worth it for a luxurious getaway.
There was a real disappointment with the breakfast options. The hot buffet was lacking in quality compared to what you might expect from a high-end hotel.
